ExamYeti stores study material that users upload to their own private accounts. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
3. the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it;
4. your name, address, phone number and email;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send the agent a counter-notice with your signature, a description of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
