Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: your email address and the identifier from the sign-in provider you choose. We never see or store a password.
Your study material: the files you import and the questions taken from them.
Your activity: practice exam attempts and scores, so we can show you your history.
Billing: your plan and its end date. Card details go to our payment processor and never reach our servers.

How we use it

Only to run the service for you: to show you your files, score your exams and manage your plan. We don't sell your data, and we don't show your material to other users.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers for hosting and storage, sign-in, and payments. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while you use your account, and delete it in these cases:

You delete a file. Its questions and exam scores are removed with it.
Your paid plan ends. After 30 days we delete every file except one, with the questions and scores that belong to them. We email you when the plan ends and 7 days before deletion.
Your account goes unused. If it has no active paid plan and nobody signs in for 6 months, we delete the account and everything in it, after a warning email 30 days before.
You ask us to. Email support@examyeti.com to delete your account and everything in it.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.
