What do I get on the free plan?

You can import 1 file. The whole file is imported, so you can see that your questions come through correctly, and the first 25 questions are unlocked for flashcards and practice exams. No card is needed.

How does the 90-Day Pass work?

It's a single payment of $44.99 for 90 days of full access. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan.

Which plan should I pick?

Most people study for one exam over a few weeks to a couple of months, which is what the 90-Day Pass is for. Choose Monthly if your exam is only a few weeks away, and Annual if you plan to take several certifications in a year.

Do the paid plans differ in features?

No. Every paid plan unlocks the same things: unlimited files, every question, timed exams and the question editor. They differ only in how long they last and how you're billed.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. Monthly and Annual can be cancelled at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens to my files if I stop paying?

Your account goes back to the free plan and your files are kept for 30 days. During that time the first 25 questions of each file stay available, and upgrading again restores everything. After 30 days we delete all but 1 file: the one you studied most recently, unless you choose a different one. We email you when your plan ends and again 7 days before anything is deleted.

Do you delete unused accounts?

Yes. If an account has no active paid plan and nobody signs in to it for 6 months, we delete it and everything in it. We send a warning email 30 days before, and signing in is enough to keep the account.
